SYNOPSIS: This drama involves three lonesome souls who cross paths on a cold night in upstate New York. It explores the impact of loss and grief in equal amounts of playfulness and poignancy.
PLAYWRIGHT Born July 7, 1976 is an American actor, known for playing Matthew Kimble in The New Adventures of Old Christine, Jerry Dantana in The Newsroom and Andrew Keanelly in The Crazy Ones. The Vandal was his first play.
BOY – Chatty young man who likes to befriend strangers at his local bus stop. He has a theory on just about everything and a heart of gold. Character age: 18 – 20 Actor age range: 18 – 30
WOMAN – Guarded but empathetic middle-aged woman who has recently experienced a personal loss. Character age: Approximately 40 Actor age range: 35 – 55
MAN – Wary and sardonic proprietor of local liquor store who we discover has experienced his own share of loss and grief. Character age: Approximately 50 Actor age range: 40 – 60
